A.Rizzo Group was established in 2002 by Adam Rizzo. Adam comes from an entrepreneur family. His Grandfather and Great uncle started Rizzo Brothers Painting which is the oldest painting company in NKY fifty years and counting. Adam's mom Gayle Zinda owned and operated Image-In-Sights in Covington, KY for more than 10 years catering to cancer patients fitting them with breast and hair prosthesis and doing their skin care and make-up. Gayle now resides in Wisconsin were she is an author and motivational/inspirational speaker.

After spending many years in sales he was looking for something more fulfilling. Barry Jolly a mentor of Adam's encouraged him to get into the service industry. Another mentor of Adam's, Vince Eysoldt had told him about his son's success one year during college cleaning and sealing decks. Adam had Vince's son Jeff come to his house and show him the technique and tricks of the trade. Convinced he could do it Adam gave Northwestern Mutual his two weeks and dove in head first. He started out renting equipment and borrowing trucks to transport it. After a couple of months of this he had convinced his family and won their support. With the encouragement of his mom and bonus dad Dr.Michael Zinda who also played a major part with the company's start Adam was up and running.

Adam took what he learned in all his sales positions and training from the corporate world and applied it to his new venture. Adam and all his crews are always dressed very professional wearing collared shirts to paint. A. Rizzo Group strives on customer service. Unlike many other general contractors A. Rizzo Group arrives on time and will not leave a job unless the customer is satisfied. A. Rizzo Group is very conscience and considerate when working in peoples homes. A. Rizzo Group goes above and beyond with cleaning up after itself and treating customers with the utmost respect.

Nick Rizzo, Adam's brother joined A. Rizzo Group immediately helping when ever he could lend a hand, still maintaining his full time job. After a couple of years of helping part time Nick decided to leave his sales job of eight years and join his brother full time at A. Rizzo Group. Nick brings not only his eight years of sales experience but also four years of landscaping to A. Rizzo Group. With the same great attitude and energy Adam and Nick are a great team.

After mentoring Nick for a year Adam decided to take on another challenge in helping his mom promote her new book and public speaking (www.lemonmotivators.com) Adam moved to Wisconsin six months ago and turned over complete control of A. Rizzo Group to his brother Nick. Nick along with huge support from his wife Lisa and son Colin has done a fantastic job of keeping A. Rizzo Group going and growing. Adam and Nick still converse at least three times a week and are always coming up with new ideas to better A. Rizzo Group.
