This project was completed this summer by A. Rizzo Group. We used safe cleaning solution and light pressure to remove any loose dirt, alge, and mildew from the surface. After cleaning we applied a life extender coating to all floor boards and steps, which prevents early wear from foot traffic. This product not only seals the top surface, it is also made up of agents that inhibit the growth of molds on the surface. We then used brushes to apply a solid color sealer to all wooded areas (sun decks, cabana, spindles, privacy fences and floor boards). The product, like most solid color sealers, carries a 3 to 5 year warranty.

This deck was completed this summer by A. Rizzo Group. Again, we used cleaning and wood brightening products, along with low pressure cleaning. We then applied a semi-transparent sealer to the deck and stairway that leads to the backyard. Our staff used extra precaution around the plant life in the work area, applying much of the sealer by hand to avoid unwanted contact with the landscaping.
